Achieve Program Summary:

How will you affect the business?
As a member of our Gallagher Global Brokerage (GGBUS) team, you will help our clients address risk, protect assets and recover from losses. We are looking for people who are passionate about establishing relationships with clients, will collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals, constantly seek improvement and will demonstrate the value Gallagher can provide.
Achieve Program Participants are engaged in a development program crafted to launch a career in the insurance field. Achieve Program Participants will build their knowledge, skills and experience through a combination of self-study, classroom/virtual/eLearning education and on-the-job application as they work hands on with our branches supporting our clients. Achieve Program Participants have an opportunity to fast track their technical knowledge to develop a long term engaging career with Gallagher.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree OR Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in using technology as a tool to improve efficiency and build high-quality documents.
  • Ability to travel when required to attend (three full weeks of training, potentially at Gallagher’s home office in Rolling Meadows, IL), hands on training may be held centrally or team meetings. Gallagher offers a hybrid work environment with in office and agile work environments.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

  • Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States is required. For U.S. employment opportunities, Gallagher hires U.S. citizens, permanent residents, asylees, refugees, and temporary residents. Temporary residence does not include those with non-immigrant work authorization (F, J, H or L visas), such as students in practical training status. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Gallagher will require proof of work authorization.
